Stella Myer, successor of the Divine Doctor, leaves the mountain to collect her true lover's tears for breaking her curse. Along the way, she discovers her stepsister drugging her fiancé, Clyde Howe. Surprisingly, Clyde, who never tolerates physical contact, allows her to help and gradually falls in love with her.
