On Dr. Jake Nicholson's birthday, his wife Tessa and their daughter set out to celebrate with him, only to collide with his first love, Celine Tyler. Tessa and their daughter are critically injured, but when Jake arrives, he ignores Tessa's pleas to save their daughter and chooses to save his beloved Celine and her son first.
