Three Chances, Then Goodbye

Winnie Smith ends her loveless marriage and plans to take her son, Luca, back to Ausmo. But Luca, unwilling to give up on his father, gives Henry Goode three chances—only to be met with cold indifference. Heartbroken, he finally leaves with his mother. Only when they’re gone does Henry realize his mistake, but it’s too late—Luca no longer sees him as his father.
